A spacious and relaxing home nestled in the small country town of Minnipa on the upper Eyre Peninsula. The house sleeps up to 5 people and is suitable for all travellers exploring the district or staying overnight. The three bedroom home has two queen beds, a single bed, lounge and separate kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering needs, with a BBQ located in the rear outdoor area. A split system air conditioner is located in the lounge with ceiling fans appointed in all rooms except the third bedroom having a pedestal fan. A wood fire provides winter warmth if desired. The bathroom houses a shower and vanity with the toilet separate.  

Children and pets can safely meander outside on either the front or back lawns both securely fenced. Rear fencing measures between 1200mm -1400mm high. The property comfortably accommodates 3 vehicles, including front and rear access plus ample free street parking.   

All linen is supplied including a small supply of consumables to get you started. Items include, guest amenities, a few pods for the coffee machine, laundry powder, toilet paper, salt, pepper, paper towel, cling wrap, alfoil, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, hand soap and firewood in winter.
